Avnet Wins Asia's Best Employer Award

In June 2018, Avnet Taiwan was named one of the best employers in Asia. This followed the company's previous award as the best employer in Hong Kong from HR Asia, and the fact that the Taiwan branch received this honor again is an achievement made possible by the collective efforts of Avnet employees.

After a rigorous selection process, HR Asia recognized Avnet's outstanding achievements in exceptional employer practices and ranked it among the top corporate employers in Asia.

In employee surveys, Avnet scored above the industry average in employer engagement. The company has built a healthy workplace culture and provides employees with development opportunities. The selection process was conducted by a panel of judges from various industries, including independent industry experts, academics, journalists, and government representatives. The panel selected Avnet and other winners after rigorous evaluation.
