This course is based on the physics of semiconductor devices, with diodes, thyristors, power MOSFETs and IGBTs as representatives, analyzing their working principles and basic characteristics, and first establishing the intrinsic relationship between the working principles and basic characteristics of devices and microscopic mechanisms.
