As a long-standing product line of Nexperia, logic devices have always maintained high reliability, excellent performance and a complete range of products. Recently, with the increasing integration of automotive and industrial solutions, power supply and signal chain modules are often integrated on a small PCB, making it difficult to meet the input monotonicity of logic chips. If an additional Schmitt buffer is added to each input, it is difficult to balance cost and area. In response to these pain points and difficulties, Nexperia launched the 74HCS product family, and will gradually update all gate logic, shift registers, latches, and special function logic to 74HCSxxx in the future.
