ASL5015EVBMST has all the functions of ASL5015SHN. The ASL5xxxyHz series are full-featured and flexible matrix LED controllers (MLC). It provides a cost-effective design solution specifically targeted at advanced automotive exterior lighting applications. The smart PWM part number determines the PWM dimming duty cycle based on the dimming polynomial curve coefficient information stored in the MLC. These coefficients can be programmed by the customer according to the dimming configuration they wish to see. The MLC uses these polynomial coefficients to calculate the PWM duty cycle to 12-bit resolution.
