Overview

The STEVAL-LDO001V1 evaluation board consists of the following four high-performance miniature package low dropout linear regulators:

LDBL20: 200 mA high PSSR low quiescent current, ST Stamp™ bumpless chip scale package
LDLN025: 250 mA low noise, low quiescent current, Flip-Chip4 package
LD39130S: 300 mA ultra-low quiescent current, DFN6L package
STLQ020: 200 mA extremely low quiescent Current, DFN6L package
These four LDO boards feature advanced, low dropout linear regulators, allowing you to easily evaluate performance levels in a single setup to select the best design solution.
These four miniaturized LDO products can help extend the battery life of portable smart devices.

- Input operating voltage range from 1.4V to 5.5V
-  Current capability: 200 mA - 300 mA
-  Low voltage drop (less than 160 mV typ.)
-  Ultra-low quiescent current (less than 500 nA typ.)
- Low noise (less than 6.5μVrms typ.)
-  High PSSR (up to 80 dB)
- Logic controlled electronic shutdown
-  Micro package (DFN-6L, Flip-chip, ST Stamp™)
