Few elevator maintenance managers need to manage and maintain a large number of elevators, making it difficult to detect elevator faults in time. Based on ST's SensorTile, the author implements the sensor's automatic detection of elevator arrivals and faults, which can serve as input for possible intelligent control systems, thereby enabling more efficient and convenient elevator use and management.
Through the acceleration sensor of lsm6dsox and the air pressure sensor lps22hh on the Sensor Tile, the acceleration and height information of the elevator during operation can be obtained, thereby knowing that the elevator is accelerating upward, decelerating upward, accelerating downward, decelerating downward, stationary and other information. Refer to the national elevator standard GB10058-88 to determine whether the elevator has arrived at the station or is faulty.
