Overview

The FRDMFS6523CAEVM evaluation module demonstrates the functionality of the MC33FS6523 supporting CAN FD & FS1B with a 1.5 A Vcore SMPS regulator. These safety SBCs comply with the ISO 26262 automotive functional safety standard.

NXP's Analog Product Development Boards provide an easy-to-use platform for evaluating NXP products. The board supports a variety of analog, mixed-signal and power solutions. They integrate monolithic IC system-in-package devices using proven high-capacity SMARTMOS® technology. NXP products help you build advanced systems by extending battery life, shrinking device size, reducing component count, lowering costs and improving performance.

This tool can be used independently. It can be controlled via the KL25Z Freedom circuit board plugged into it and accessed via USB.

SPI commands are easily controlled via the FlexGUI available for download here
