The device uses the sensors on the SensorTile.box to collect the temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure of the environment, and uses the inertial module LSM6DSOX to identify the wearer's motion status. By converting atmospheric pressure into altitude, changes in altitude can remind remote monitoring personnel to pay attention to whether the wearer is working at high altitudes. The wearer can judge whether a fall or collision has occurred through the motion status. Two serial ports are derived from the SensorTile.box, one is connected to the heart rate sensor and is used to detect the physiological parameters of the wearer. Another serial port is connected to the communication module for uploading data.
At first, I originally planned to use the "ST BLE Sensor" app to upload data. After some research and testing, I found that it could not meet my design requirements, it could not add additional heart rate, and the remote platform was not friendly enough. Finally, it was decided that this work would use a WIFI module to upload data for easy debugging. In actual applications, it can be replaced with a GSM communication module for outdoor applications. The remote monitoring platform uses China Mobile's onenet IoT platform, which has rich functions and a simple and intuitive interface. Real-time data can be viewed directly through the web page.
