Features

• TPD4152F because of It has built-in PWM circuit, three-phase distribution circuit, high-side/low-side gate driver IC, and output IGBT/FRD, so it can directly drive a brushless DC motor without the need for a PWN control IC.
• Because it integrates 600V IGBT and FRD, it can be used in AC200V power supply applications.
• Built-in overheat protection circuit and undervoltage protection circuit help simplify board design.
