Features

• TPD4151F Because it has a built-in PWM circuit, three-phase distribution circuit, high-side/low-side gate driver IC, and output IGBT/FRD, it can directly drive a brushless DC motor without the need for a PWN control IC.
• Because it integrates 250V IGBT and FRD, it is suitable for AC100V power supply applications.
• Built-in overheat protection circuit and undervoltage protection circuit help simplify board design.
