Overview

• Introduced the characteristics of the DFN8×8 package, 4-pin structure, compared with the traditional 3-pin package, and a source terminal for the gate drive circuit.
• Introduced the characteristics of the 4-pin package. Compared with the 3-pin package, it achieves smaller gate signal oscillation and lower switching loss because the 4-pin package is not affected by the parasitic inductance of the source wiring. .
