Bridge drive circuit that provides constant current control (PWM) for brushed DC motors - TB67H420FTG

Overview

The TB67H420FTG is a brushed DC motor driver with sensing resistorless current control. The internal H-bridge can be controlled independently, as two brushed DC motor drivers or a single stepper motor driver using dual H-bridge mode. TB67H420FTG is manufactured using BiCD process and is rated at 50 V, 9.0 A
