2-phase unipolar stepper motor driver IC——TB67S111PG

Overview

The TB67S111PG is a solenoid driver/unipolar motor driver for full parallel input. Using the BiCD process, the supply voltage is 45 V, the output voltage is 80 V, and the maximum output current is 1.5 A/ch (absolute maximum rating).
