2-phase unipolar stepper motor driver IC——TB67S142FTG

Overview

TB67S142 is a clock controlled PWM chopper type 2-phase unipolar stepper motor driver. Using the BiCD process, the TB67 S142HG can operate at a VM voltage of 45V, an output voltage up to 84V, and a maximum output current of 3.0A (absolute maximum rating).
