TWR-K22F120M: Kinetis^® K22 Tower^® System Module

Overview

The TWR-K22F120M is a development board for the Kinetis^® K22 32-bit Arm^® Cortex^®-M4 MCUs.

It uses Kinetis K22FN512VDC12 low-power MCU, equipped with 512 KB flash memory, 128 KB SRAM and crystal-free USB connection.
The TWR-K22F120M can operate as a standalone debugging tool or as a component in conjunction with the Tower System Development Platform.
