CW_TAP: CodeWarrior ^® TAP

Overview

CodeWarrior ^® TAP connects to a developer workstation via Ethernet or USB and debugs the target system via a standard debug port (usually JTAG).

With the CodeWarrior TAP's Ethernet connection, you can remotely debug your system and efficiently share the same system with multiple developers.
When a shared system is not required, the CodeWarrior TAP can be connected directly to the workstation via a USB cable and powered through the USB cable.
CodeWarrior TAP for use with CodeWarrior development tools and processors
It is a critical debugging tool during all phases of a project and an essential system debugging tool before a fully debugged operating system is put into operation.
