FRDMGD3100HB8EVM: Half-bridge evaluation kit for GD3100

Overview

The FRDMGD3100HB8EVM is a half-bridge evaluation kit with two MC33GD3100 single-channel IGBT gate driver devices installed. The kit contains the Freedom KL25Z microcontroller hardware for connection to a PC with SPIGen software installed, which can be daisy-chained or configured independently to communicate with the SPI registers on the MC33GD3100 gate driver.

The GD3100 converter board is used to convert the 3.3 V signal to a 5.0 V signal between the MCU and the MC33GD3100 gate driver.
