The BGA6130 medium power amplifier kit simplifies the evaluation of the BGA6130 medium power amplifier. It contains two RF boards matched to 50 Ohm for two Industrial, Scientific and Medical frequency bands: 434 MHz and 915 MHz. The boards operate at 3.6 V and consume 70 mA. A spare printed-circuit board and SMA connectors are included. This can be used for implementing custom designed matching circuitry for example designed using our device models included in this kit on a USB flash drive. The kit also provides BGA6130 samples for prototyping and product documentation.
