Overview

The composition and working principle of the micro thermal printer based on NUC501MCU are analyzed in detail, and the design and implementation of thermal head overheat protection and stepper motor drive module are given.

It is mainly composed of a main control device, a stepper motor drive module, a thermal print head overheating protection module, a thermal print head paper shortage detection module and a power supply module. Among them, the stepper motor drive module is responsible for controlling the paper feeding and paper speed; the thermal print head overheat protection module prevents the thermal print head from being damaged due to excessive temperature; the thermal print head paper out detection circuit completes whether there is paper in the thermal print head Detection; the power supply module supplies power to the control circuit and thermal print head.
