Overview

The UWB module is based on the NXP SR040 ultra-wideband (UWB) transceiver IC. It integrates all RF circuitry, energy management and clocking circuitry in one IEEE 802.15.4 HRP UWB PHY compliant module. Designed specifically for ranging applications in IoT environments, it can be used for two-way measurement with a measurement accuracy of 10cm. It can also be used for data transmission with transmission rates up to 7.8 Mbits/s.
