Overview

Tuya-based [offline] infrared voice assistant:

  • The offline module uses Tuya VCT2.
  • The online module uses Tuya VWXR-ES.
  • The TTL download module can be used in conjunction with the power supply module to form a downloader.
  • Buttons, LED lights, and IR transceivers can all be connected to other modules independently.
  • Four 5V power supplies and three 3.3V power supplies.

 

Notice

  1. Try to keep the bottom screen printing intact, use SMD components as much as possible, and be modular.
  2. The PCB border layer needs to be flipped left and right.
  3. The PCB silk screen layer is processed with dither graphics to generate svg. It needs to generate a project json file to open. It is not used. Please refer to https://oshwhub.com/Knight_Sin/PCBzhao-pian / https://github.com/jaseg/gerbolyze .
  4. After binarizing the PS image, AI drew the line drawing and imported it into the border layer and the underlying silk screen layer respectively, and the effect was okay.
  5. The components are mounted on one side, and the IO port is not fully marked for use. It needs to be used according to the schematic diagram.
  6. The pin headers and female headers need to be shortened by yourself, otherwise they cannot be installed.
  7. You need to pay attention to the voltage of SMD LEDs. Don’t use C2830574, which requires a voltage of more than 8V to light up (I thought it was broken, so I replaced several)
  8. Network distribution: PB17 corresponds to switching the microphone on and off, press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the network distribution state; the RESET key corresponds to restarting the module.
  9. IRM should also use a model that is powered by 3.3v. Do not use 5V, otherwise infrared learning will not be possible.
