The DC is converted into AC through the bidirectional bridge inverter, the current is sampled and connected to the grid through the transformer, and then the effective value of the AC power is measured and step-controlled through the AD637. IR2110 has a two-way drive function. Through the chip select setting and the input of the complementary PWM wave of the microcontroller, it can output soft switching enough to realize dual IRF540N MOS tubes. Three IR2110 driver chip circuits are used here to directly drive the three-way bridge arms of the three-phase circuit. RF540 has high withstand voltage, low internal resistance and fast switching frequency, while FR307 fast recovery diode not only has the characteristics of fast recovery and high withstand voltage, but is also extremely durable. Therefore, through the construction of three IRF540 and FR307, the output of three three-phase AC power with a phase difference of 120 degrees can be achieved. For the sampling of AC signals, you can use an ADC sampling chip or you can directly use AD637, a chip that measures the effective value of AC voltage. However, in order to facilitate the burden of the microcontroller, the AD637 chip is directly used for effective sampling of AC voltage.
