Supercapacitor protection board 2.8V3000F square

Overview

The circuit is very simple and has not been tested yet, so there should be no errors. Square Korean LSUC supercapacitor 2.8V 3000F overvoltage protection board starts discharging at 2.65V and the alarm light lights up at 2.75V. The discharge current is calculated based on the resistor you use. There are actually two discharge resistors, each using a 4.6A low-voltage MOS. You can freely change the number and value of resistors to change the discharge current. Attached is the capacitor specification sheet. The maximum discharge current of the capacitor is 2019A, the maximum internal resistance is 0.36 milliohms, 55mm 55mm 155mm, and the self-discharge current is small. The BW6101 IC is a dedicated capacitor protection board IC. You can check it out. The capacitor protection board on a certain fish is not even willing to use the IC, and it sells it for 15 yuan. It is really a piece of cake. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////// ////////////////////////////////////////// The following is the test of @ftmssun, moved from the comment area

After welding, 1.jpeg use the power supply to charge the board. When it reaches 2.65V, the protective board starts to discharge 2.jpeg /////////////////////////////////////////////////////// ///////////////////////////////////////////////////// /////
