This project is used to verify the solution verification board design of Lichuang Mall digital-to-analog conversion chip MCP4725A0T-E/CH
This project is a sample project for the Solicitation Order for Lichuang EDA open source hardware platform solution verification module .
The DIP switch is used to change the 12C address (default is 0x60), when pulled low it is 0x60, when pulled high it is 0x61
The MCP4725 is a low-power, high-precision, single-channel, 12-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with non-volatile memory EEPROM. Its on-board precision output amplifier allows it to achieve rail-to-rail analog output swing. The user can program the DAC input and configuration data to non-volatile memory (EEPROM) using 12c interface commands. The non-volatile memory feature enables the DAC device to save the DAC input codes during power outages, and the DAC outputs are available immediately after a power outage. This feature is useful when the DAC device is used as a support device for other devices in the network. The device includes a power-on-reset (POR) circuit to ensure reliable power and an on-board charge pump for EEPROM programming voltage. The DAC reference is driven directly from Voo. In shutdown mode, the output amplifier can be configured into known low, medium, or high resistance output loads. The MCP4725 has an external AO address bit select pin. This AO pin can be bound to the Vpn or Vss of the user's application board. The MCP4725 has a two-wire I2CTM compatible serial interface in standard (100 kHz), fast (400 kHz), or high speed (3.4 MHz) modes. The MCP4725 is an ideal DAC device with a simple design and small footprint for applications where Application that saves DAC device settings during power outage.
