A soldering station costs 200-300 yuan on the market, and it is just an ordinary 936 soldering station, while a CNC welding station generally costs 300-400. My homemade soldering station is not only cheap, heats up quickly, but is also stable and easy to use. It is very compact and easy to carry when going out. It uses stm32f030f4 and has a 0.96-inch LCD that can display pictures and so on. There is an encoder to set the temperature and even do menus.
I bought the iron case from Taobao because the iron one looks much better and has texture.
Melting tin is also very fast, but the advantage of using the cheap domestic 1322 series heating core is that it is cheap. A handle only costs about 10 yuan, and you can also replace it with other handles such as T12 or 1321 heating core handles. Of course these are about twice as expensive. There is a lot of DIY space. 1 In fact, the tin melting is very fast. When you first adjust the temperature to about 370 degrees, you can melt the tin in 20 seconds. Because the screen displays the temperature measured by the thermocouple, and the thermocouple is inside, the measured temperature is slightly higher than the actual temperature. Because I was making it for my association, I made five sets.
This is the circuit board
. A buck module is used in this. This module was prepared for the competition during the summer vacation, but there was no pure power supply question this year, so it was not used. So it’s used here.
Inside the iron shell. It's still ok. Recommended. The attachment contains all the information I used to do this. The program I wrote using stm32cubemx+keil5 has the purchase address of the materials. Of course, if you find a cheaper one, just buy it. If you are DIYers, you can play as you like.
