Desktop Class D small power amplifier without HIFI

Overview

TPA3116 or TAP3118, PD or QC power supply (12-20V), or DC port power supply.

CH224K is used to deceive PD or QC.

The measured 18W QC charging head is enough for an ordinary 4-inch speaker, and there is no need to consider heat dissipation.

According to the manual, the components are complete, and the resistors with reserved functions can be consulted in the manual by yourself.

There are no fancy devices, so it’s not HIFI. Listen ^U^.

A preamplifier 5532 is added, and it is powered by a single power supply.

The switch, and volume potentiometer may differ from normal usage habits.

There is no popping sound when turning on and off.

The aluminum shell uses a 76*35*100 box.
