CH340B/C/E/G USB to TTL solution verification version

Overview

C1, C2, and
H2 pin header optional 3.3V or 5V operating voltage
Add a diode to prevent backflow and high voltage.
Lead out RTS and CTS pads to facilitate debugging
Compatible with four versions of CH340B/C/G and smaller package CH340E

20200525, modified the direction of the two diodes D4D3. No one noticed this bug. 20200530 deleted two useless resistors.
