The board is a motor drive board used for smart car competitions. I drew it by myself based on other people's technical reports and the use of some modules on the Internet.
The board is powered by a 7.2v battery, uses ams1117-3.3 regulated 3.3v to power the isolation chip 74hc245, and uses MC34063 7.2 liter 12v stabilized voltage to power the IR2104 chip
The motor driver board is a DC motor reversible bipolar bridge driver made of discrete components.
Its power component is composed of four N-channel power MOSFET tubes, and the rated operating current can easily reach more than 100A, which greatly improves the operating torque and speed of the motor.
The driver mainly consists of the following parts: PWM signal input interface, logic commutation circuit, dead zone control circuit, power circuit, upper arm power MOSFET tube gate drive voltage pump circuit, power MOSFET tube gate drive circuit, bridge Power drive circuit, buffer protection circuit, etc.
