Core board based on stm32f429zgt6

(Due to the wrong goods sent by the seller and the quality of the wiring, the original F429IE core board will no longer be verified)

At present, micropython has been transplanted. The flash and sdram packaged in sop can be used normally. Please see the attachment for the compilation configuration and binary files. The 16MB flash used
If you need to compile it yourself, there is currently (2020/11/18) a problem with line 35 of ports/stm32/rfcore.c of micropython on github, which needs to be modified manually, otherwise a compilation error will be reported (prepare to submit a PR, it should be fixed soon)

The next step will be to verify the baseboard and try to port openmv
