Four-port 100M network card expansion based on rth8152

Use rth8152 and fe1.1s to expand four independent 100M network cards

Can be used to build a barely usable soft router

rtl8152 should be able to be used directly under Linux. The driver for this thing was found in kernel 5.8 rc7
