The TPA3255 is a high-performance Class D power amplifier with Class D efficiency and true high-end sound quality.
I have actually tested the 3255 and the slightly lower power 3251, and they feel quite easy to use.

 

The power supply, signal input, and digital pins are all isolated from the outside; the signal input is an isolated differential input.

Signal isolation uses HCPL-7800A-500E

For power supply isolation, Jinshengyang WRB series products are used (y1s1 is more expensive but really easy to use)

The power input of the power amplifier is a 48V-70V battery, which is regulated by DCDC to 48V to power the power amplifier.

The shape of the board is designed according to the drawings and should match the transducer cabin, and the heat sink is milled according to the circuit board.
