I originally felt that the design was perfect, but I found some shortcomings when I made it into the actual product. When I first started drawing the PCB, I planned to do automatic wiring. In the end, I found that the automatic wiring was not very satisfactory, so I switched to manual wiring. It took a long time to complete the wiring. Finish. During the process of debugging the actual product, it was found that turning on the light is reverse logic. Through the output level test of the microcontroller io port, it was found that the drive level of the Tuya module was opposite to the designed drive level. The original field effect tube was replaced with an s8550 transistor. , the current output by the charging module was not connected to the lithium battery, and the flying wire was used to solve this problem, and finally achieved the desired result.
