The starting point of this system is the intelligent safety management of the warehouse. Four relays are used instead of machine operation to simulate the warehouse environment;
This system mainly consists of 2 parts:
1: It is a lower computer with main control, temperature and humidity, smoke sensor, access control, SIM, relay, buzzer, LED, etc.
2: The host computer developed by QT has login protection function, temperature and humidity, smoke historical data storage and current data display, temperature and humidity threshold setting, machine remote opening and closing function, alarm release function, and access control data collection function;
It has the following functions overall:
1. Collect the temperature, humidity, smoke and other parameters of the warehouse in real time and transmit them to the host computer
2. After the data is collected by the host computer, it is displayed on the interface and generates a curve graph for more direct viewing.
3. The upper computer can set the alarm threshold
4. If the temperature, humidity, and smoke reach the alarm threshold, the buzzer will sound, the warning light will flash, a warning will be displayed, and information will be sent to the mobile phone through the SIM module, and the machine will automatically shut down.
5. There is a system login interface. Only people with administrative rights can log in to this system.
6. Remote control machine functions (replaced by relays)
7. Access control data collection can display a series of data such as the person who opened the access control, opening time, position and contact information. If an accident occurs in the warehouse, the specific person can be reached.
