STM32F401RB/RET6 development board

Overview

It has USB OTG2.0FS and SDIO interfaces, a higher main frequency, and a price comparable to F1. It is a better choice for learning STM32.
This development board contains the ch340G TTL chip, which can communicate directly with the microcontroller using a USB data cable. It uses a 3x2 pin header to facilitate direct switching between USB and USART using a shorting cap.
