Overview

Hardware composition

  • 3.3V voltage regulator circuit: AMS1117
  • WIFI module: Tuya WR3E
  • 9 infrared emission tubes: direct plug-in 5mm, wavelength: 940nm, angle: 50°
  • 1 infrared receiving tube: Wavelength: 940nm
  • Night light control circuit: 1 MOS tube and 1 PMOS

Notice

  • [x] Due to the size limit of the board, the WIFI module is placed about 2mm outward. Please pay attention when drawing the shell.
  • [x] In order to make the side buttons easier to press, extend the PCB at the buttons outward by about 2mm. Pay attention when drawing the shell.
  • [x] The 6 infrared emission tubes on the outer ring are evenly arranged at 60 degrees, and the 3 in the middle are evenly arranged at 120 degrees.
  • [x] The infrared transmitting tube is bent 90 degrees during installation so that it faces upward for reception. At this time, the infrared emission is basically in the middle of the board.
  • [x] The angle between the two upper screw holes is 120 degrees, and the angle between the two lower screw holes is greater than 60 degrees. The reference line is deleted after drawing the PCB. You need to reposition it when drawing the shell.
