[Continuing to fill in the pit] ESP8266_Card_Harriet

Overview

The open source sharing project based on giftina "Made an ESP8266 "Business Card" V1.2 for 6 yuan" , slightly modified the USB interface and some other parts. The open source sharing project based on Giftina "Made an ESP8266 "Business Card" V1 for 16 yuan" .2》, a project to make minor improvements to the USB interface and some other parts.

The cover picture is temporarily copied from the source project, because this project is still in progressGu Gu Gu GuDo...

January 13, 2021:

I originally wanted to change the USB-A on the PCB to be double-sided and optimize the stacked structure.

But today I discovered a problem: There are two metal contacts on the back of the USB-A port. According to the mechanical diagram, if it is designed to be pluggable on both sides, it may be short-circuited with the gold finger on the back. It would indeed be possible to solve this problem if you use a switch to manually select sides on demand, but this is neither elegant nor convenient.

I've been thinking about this for a few days, do you have any good solutions?

Progress as of January 12, 2021:

  1. Added two 5.1k resistors on the CC pin (although I don’t know who can sense this resistor, but anyway, the resistors that can be found in the basic library are rounded off, which means it is free, right... Maybe I will give it to you in two days) Which adc is it on?)
  2. Largely change the size of passive components, use the smallest possible package where high ratings and values are not required, and provide devices with corresponding rated voltage/current/power according to the worst case scenario where problems may occur.
  3. A resettable fuse has been added after the USB VBUS. (If not needed, you can not install it and short it with a 0805 0 ohm resistor)
  4. I haven’t written some new changes yet, so I went to bed too late.

Progress on January 11, 2021: Start schematic changes

  1. Delete the optional USB Type-A socket in the source design because it is too thick and not elegant and refined, which seriously affects the thickness of the entire board.
  2. The plan is to change some packages and symbols (according to mood), but the general design remains unchanged (why change when it works. jpg).
  3. Use Jialichuang SMT basic components as much as possible, so that if someone wants to produce a small batch of more than ten or thirty or fifty pieces, they can complete PCB+SMT at an affordable price

For example: This project is a secondary creation and modification based on the Giftina project, so it must be open sourced under the same license as the Giftina project.

By the way, why does Lichuang's MarkDown always have bugs when it directly writes source code for rendering?
