This work closely focuses on the theme of four-wheel drive vehicles and designs a four-wheel drive vehicle that can race on a 12cm wide standard four-wheel drive track. The designed four-wheel drive vehicle has a minimum turning radius of 30cm arc, which can be suitable for a variety of complex tracks. Referring to the sizes of various four-wheel drive vehicles on the market, the designed four-wheel drive vehicle is 16*10cm long and wide, with a slender body and mini size. The main control used by the four-wheel drive vehicle is the STM8S series cost-effective microcontroller, and the motor control frequency is 10kHz. Using a three-channel touch chip, after powering on, touch the touch button on the tail circuit board to select the working mode. Working modes include racing, tracking and remote control. Racing is a four-wheel drive vehicle with 100% duty cycle on all four wheels, moving forward at full speed. At present, all hardware functions meet the design requirements, and software programs for tracking and remote control functions are being developed.
