USB powered touch dimmer light

 
Overview

A USB powered lighting fill light. Plan to use 4 28mm LED filaments with dual color temperatures.

Fusion RH6616 single chip touch dimming is used. The small square copper paved area on the logo surface is the touch sensing area.

LED filament is not sold in Lichuang Mall, you need to buy it yourself on Taobao. The parameters are 26mm, 3V, 100mA. Color temperature can be selected as needed.

PCB description

There are two PCBs, one is the motherboard and the other is the reflective backplate. Not soldering the reflective backplate will not affect the circuit function, but when the light is turned on, the omnidirectional lighting may blind oneself.

If the backplate needs to be welded, you may need a heating table or a heat gun. I used a heating table to weld it. If you only have a soldering iron, you don't need to make a backplate, but it will definitely not be soldering. C8810845AA0F50B65536CF8F2579526D.jpg


Finished product photos

There are warm white and pure white filaments. In actual testing, the four warm white filaments are too warm and yellow, and the four pure white filaments are close to my fluorescent tube desk lamp. You can change the ratio of the number of filaments used according to the color temperature needs.
