Overview

An art ornament designed for home environment monitoring based on Hangshun HK32F030MF4P6

• One temperature and humidity sensor, SHT30/AHT20
• RTC chip, bm8563, uses supercapacitor for power supply when power is off
• 2812 colorful LED, providing special effects
• There is an OLED screen in the lower right corner, used to display specific numerical information (time, temperature and humidity, etc.)
• Lead out excess pins for easy expansion

Function

1. The specific values ​​of time, temperature and humidity are displayed on the OLED screen
2. Abstract specific values ​​into colors to display on PCB semi-transparent windows
3. The sun in the upper right corner shows the 24 hours of the day by changing from warm to cool colors.
4. Clouds are used to indicate temperature and humidity

• Board layout and 3D design have been completed, and preparations are being made to purchase components and PCBs.

• The 3D printing of the 3D Monkey has arrived. The packaging is good, but the accuracy is a little poor. It is visibly crooked. I am not sure whether it has something to do with the type of resin, which makes the upper cover glass unable to be pressed in.
• There will be random watermarks on jlc's PCB, and there are instructions on the official website, so please pay attention. It would be better if you could choose one without watermark when placing your order.
• I also soldered the board and tried the effect.

• The temperature and humidity sensor is a little close to the light source and needs to be adjusted below.
• The PCB slot is a bit too big, and the position of the oled needs to be adjusted slightly.
• The white inner silk screen on the PCB should be removed
• You can consider using arc-shaped traces to increase the softness of the board lines.
• The position of the lamp needs to be slightly adjusted
• The positioning holes of the buttons somewhat affect the overall aesthetics.
