1. Describe the project details. Earlier this year, I saw the Linux business card of a foreign master and thought it was cool, so I also wanted to make my own business card. When giving gifts during the Chinese New Year or discussing business, giving a business card like this is a great way to gain face. Making this project required all my skills. PCB design, impedance matching, embedded programming, web programming, 3D modeling, prototype drawings and UI design were all completed by myself. The website can be updated through the browser. After the business card is connected to the Internet, the firmware and website can be upgraded. The USB interface is plug-and-play. The onboard LED light can be operated and the channel can be switched. The material cost is about 10 yuan.
2. Describe the challenges faced by the project and the problems it solves. The most difficult part of this project is impedance matching. Impedance mismatch will cause the speed of opening web pages to slow down, which is intolerable for a person with a craftsman spirit. I used various methods, including modifying the board, replacing components, learning RF principles, using simulation software, and using a network analyzer. Finally, a double-layer board was used to achieve a level close to that of a four-layer board plus a shielded development board. Secondly, we went through many detours in storing and reading websites, and finally adopted a compromise method, that is, the program and the website are both in one Flash. This reduces software investment and puts time and energy on the most important speed improvement. , secondly, it reduces the material cost. The disadvantage is that it can only store up to 15MB of data.
3. Describe the key points involved in the hardware and software parts of the project Hardware: double-layer board 2.4GHz antenna impedance matching, low cost, USB plug-and-play. Software: Browser updates website, business card can upgrade firmware and update website, switch channels, and control LED lights after being connected to the Internet.
