This project is used to verify the solution verification board design of Lichuang Mall audio power amplifier TDA7297
This project is a solicitation project for Lichuang EDA open source hardware platform solution verification module
This design is an audio power amplifier module based on TDA7297
TDA7297 is an integrated power amplifier chip designed by STMicroelectronics for televisions and other products. TDA7297 power supply voltage is 6-20V, standard voltage is 12V, output power is 2*15W, two-channel audio power amplifier, simple peripheral circuit and high power, with standby and playback pause functions, it is a very convenient audio power amplifier chip. At the same time, the chip quotation is cheap and cost-effective.
This design refers to the recommended circuit design in the chip manual and uses convenient wiring terminals to facilitate DIY. The peripheral circuit is very simple. If a power amplifier is needed in the project and the power amplifier requirements are not high, this project can be used.
Logic control high level 5V, input signal range is 0~5V
The heat sink can be C4697 from the mall . Since it is not packaged, it is not pictured, but there is space reserved on the PCB for installation.
This power amplifier chip can be used alone, or the MUTE and STBY pins can be connected to a microprocessor for control.
Pin switch interface description
The input interface uses a 3.5mm headphone interface, two-channel input
The output interface uses screw terminals for convenient wiring, or the wires can be soldered directly to the PCB.
Potentiometer for volume adjustment
The self-locking switch is a standby switch and a mute switch
The left and right channels have been clearly marked on the silk screen. The definition of the left and right channels refers to the national standard definition of the 3.5mm headphone jack.
LED is the power indicator light
After waiting for the epidemic to end, we may consider setting up a test. For specific control methods of the microprocessor and more detailed chip information, please refer to the chip manual in the attachment.
