40% hot-swappable mechanical keyboard Planck configuration with RGB axis light

The minimal system refers to  Lao Xuan’s project at https://oshwhub.com/Neilzx

In order to fit the main control into this extremely crowded arrangement, the main control uses a mu, and the capacitors around the main control use a 0402 package, which makes welding very difficult.


The shell is an aluminum shell that I bought directly. I have plans to draw a 3D printed shell~~It may take a long time~~


The firmware is still being adjusted and will be uploaded after I get used to it that day.


~~The firmware of the previous small keyboard has not been completed yet. I will do it after the compilation environment is completed. However, there is a problem with my computer. This document was made on my roommate's computer~~


The top PCB was drawn by me at the beginning, then I bought the aluminum case, measured the dimensions and modified it to make the second board.


The bottom one is the positioning plate, which can be directly exported as a .dxf file (my positioning plate is made of brass)
