The Air302 module is an NB-IOT module launched by Hezhou based on the EC616 chip of Yixin. Under the current trend of 2G withdrawing from the network, many IoT devices with small transmission data and high requirements for low power consumption have switched from 2G to NB-IOT networks. This not only meets the upload requirements, but also meets the power consumption requirements.

The SHT30 analog temperature and humidity sensor adopts the new generation SHT30 temperature and humidity sensor chip launched by the well-known Swiss company Sensirion in the industry. Thanks to Sensirion's CMOSens® technology, highly integrated capacitive moisture measurement element and bandgap temperature measurement element, SHT30 can provide extremely high reliability and excellent long-term stability, with low power consumption, fast response, and anti-interference Strong ability and other advantages.
TEMT6000 is a triode-type photosensitive sensor whose illumination intensity is proportional to the base current. It is also quite simple to use. You can simply connect the base of the sensor to the analog voltage input, and you can determine the current light intensity by simply detecting the voltage value. The response characteristics of TEMT6000 to visible illumination are similar to those of the human eye, and can simulate human judgment of the intensity of ambient light, thereby facilitating the development of applications that are friendly and interactive with people. Can be used in lighting control, screen backlight control, etc.
The MQ-2 smoke sensor is a tin dioxide semiconductor gas-sensitive material and a surface ion N-type semiconductor. At 200~300 degrees Celsius, tin dioxide adsorbs oxygen in the air, forming negative ion adsorption of oxygen, which reduces the electron density in the semiconductor, thereby increasing its resistance value. When in contact with smoke, if the potential barrier at the grain boundary changes due to the smoke, it will cause changes in surface conductivity. This can be used to obtain information about the existence of this smoke. The greater the concentration of smoke, the greater the conductivity, and the lower the output resistance, the greater the output analog signal.
OLED stands for Organic Light-Emitting Diode, also known as Organic Electroluminesence Display (OELD). OLED is considered to be the next generation of emerging application technology for flat panel displays due to its excellent characteristics such as self-illumination, no need for a backlight, high contrast, thin thickness, wide viewing angle, fast response speed, and wide operating temperature range.
The E53 interface standard is taken from the English initials of Expansion. The board size is 5×3cm, so E53 is used as the prefix to name the 5cm*3cm case expansion board. Any development that meets the standard design All boards can be directly adapted to the E53 expansion board. The E53 expansion board is designed according to different application scenarios to restore the real application scenarios on the expansion board to the greatest extent. The expansion boards in different cases are named suffixes according to different application scenarios. For example: E53_SC1, SC is the abbreviation of Smart City, SC1 represents the smart street lamp in the smart city, and SC2 represents the smart manhole cover in the smart city. In terms of electrical characteristics, the E53 expansion interface includes commonly used IoT sensing layer sensor communication interfaces, such as 5V, 3.3V, GND, SPI, UART, IIC, ADC, DAC, etc., which can be adapted to various sensors, and there are also 4 common GPIOs.
It is compatible with the communication interface of the Bear Pi, so this expansion board can change different communication modules to adapt to different experimental conditions.
