The principle is roughly as follows: after pressing SW1 (note that SW1 is a self-reset button, not a self-locking button), VCC charges C2, discharges R1, and drives Q1 to conduct, NE555 starts to vibrate, and generates a signal to CD4017, which drives LED1- 10 emits light in sequence until C2 is discharged and NE555 stops oscillating, producing a final result
The rotation speed of the roulette wheel depends on the values of R4 and C5, and the continuous rotation time of the roulette wheel depends on the values of R3 and C4.
