Used for the screen on Lao Wang’s house a few days ago
The parallel port used by this thing can be 8-bit or 16-bit, selected through resistors. The resolution is 176*220, the display effect is average, the screen is at 12 o'clock, and both the screens I clicked on have flaws.
I made the board in a bit of a hurry and forgot to drill the copper pillar holes. The schematic and PCB were modified later.
Attached is a program using the STM32F407 FSMC peripheral driver: https://github.com/kaidegit/LCDDrv4ATK2.8/tree/ILI9225_OldFive
The original project was drawn by AD and is also placed in this github project.
---------------Following updates----------
According to the tips from the smoking boss, I modified the initialization code and changed the initialization to write 0x1B41 to 0x1038 in the 0x11 register and it will display normally.
