The test in the picture is as follows, the ripple is stable at about 20 millivolts (3A output)
As for the voltage being less than 12V, it was caused by not having a suitable FB resistor during the test. You can get a stable voltage above 12V by using the resistor with the corresponding resistance in the welding schematic diagram. It is not a module performance problem. I also lacked parts for the switch, so I just added one. The resistor is short-circuited, it doesn't matter
