The LM5106 gate driver module used in electric competition can drive a half-bridge. It adopts the connector method, which is easier to replace. It can build buck, boost, buck-boost, single-phase inverter, three-phase inverter, and rectifier. It can be used in many circuits.
LM5106 is a cost-effective gate driver chip for MOS tubes and IGBT tubes with SD function. It integrates a logic signal input processing circuit, a dead-time control circuit, a level shift circuit, a pulse filter circuit and an output drive circuit, and is dedicated to drive circuits in brushless motor controllers and power supplies DC-DC. The high-end withstand voltage can be as high as 100V.
