This multi-functional portable high-power mobile power supply is one of my personal products of new energy product design. After three iterations, its functionality and performance are mature and stable, and it is ready for production.   2. Briefly introduce the project. The multifunctional portable high-power mobile power supply can meet the needs of most electrical equipment in life. It can provide lighting, power supply for mobile devices such as mobile phones and computers during picnics, camping, adventures and other outdoor activities at home. It can be used for TVs, fans, computers, desk lamps, etc., and can also be used for charging drones; the power supply has a 220V500W pure sine wave output port, 4 channels of 12V10A output, 4 channels of 5V2A USB output, cigarette lighter, drone charging terminal, etc. .

When we go out for travel, camping, and picnics with a happy mood, we often encounter annoying moments when mobile phones, computers, etc. are out of power. With this portable power supply, you can bring your own audio equipment and electric barbecue. Rack, rice cooker, etc., come to the wild and have fun. Some flight control enthusiasts take advantage of the clear weather to take their drones to a beautiful place, hoping to take pictures of this beautiful world. However, the battery life of the drone is only less than half an hour. How? If you can have fun all at once, this portable power supply solves this problem. This large-capacity portable power supply meets most of people's daily electricity needs and weighs less than 6kg. It is easy to carry and is a must-have device for home and travel.

* 2. Describe the challenges faced by the project and the problems solved. The home backup portable power supply has 220V500W pure sine wave output, 12V10A output, 5V2A USB output, cigarette lighter, drone charging terminal, etc., which can meet most needs in life. The demand for electrical equipment can provide lighting, power supply for mobile phones, computers, car refrigerators, car air pumps, car wash equipment, etc. during outdoor activities such as picnics, camping, and adventures. It can be used for TVs, fans, computers, and table lamps at home. etc., and can also be used for charging drones; the product has multiple protection functions, such as short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, overtemperature and other protections. It will automatically shut down if not used for more than 5 minutes. It takes 6-8 hours to fully charge, and can also be charged using a solar panel. It is safe, reliable and reliable to use. Precisely because this power supply has so many functions, although its weight is less than 6kg, its size and weight are not convenient to carry, so it cannot be as convenient as a power bank, but it is a must-have for families with cars. * 3. Describe the key points involved in the hardware and software parts of the project. The charging adapter uses a universal 12V power supply. The battery uses 2 parallel and 4 series lithium iron phosphate batteries. The allowed charging voltage input range is 10~24V. In order to be compatible with a wide range of The circuit adopts the method of first increasing the input voltage to 25V, and then reducing it to the required charging voltage of the battery through the charging chip. The product uses 2 parallel and 4 series lithium iron phosphate batteries for power supply, so the charge and discharge protection and balancing measures of the lithium batteries must be taken. Therefore, a circuit is designed to monitor the current of the entire circuit. The mature solution of BM3451 is used to charge, discharge and balance the battery.

The AC output is 220V pure sine wave output. Compared with the modified wave output, it has a wider application range and does not affect the life of any electrical appliances. The circuit works in push-pull mode, and is boosted by a high-frequency transformer and then inverted by a double bridge into a pure sine wave output. There is a load detection circuit, which can automatically adjust the output voltage when the load is heavy, and the load regulation rate is high.

The software part mainly implements charge and discharge status monitoring, total circuit voltage and current monitoring, battery SOC estimation, temperature monitoring, display and control. Battery SOC estimation uses the ampere-hour integration method to estimate and control the battery capacity, while providing alarms and preprocessing actions in the event of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating, etc. See the attachment for details on the software part.
