Flash memory—W25Q128 solution verification board

This project is used to verify the solution verification board design of Lichuang Mall Flash memory W25Q128JVSIQ.

• W25Q128 is a serial NOR Flash memory with a capacity of 128M-bit (16M-byte). Supports standard SPI, Dual SPI and Quad-SPI access. The highest supported clock frequency is 133MHz, and the continuous transmission speed in Quad-SPI mode can reach 532MBit/s (66MByte/s). Supports xIP on-chip execution technology, which is widely used in external expansion Flash of microcontrollers (typically such as STM32H750).
• This solution verification board leads to all IO pins, and can be designed with jumpers to facilitate users to switch between standard SPI, Dual SPI and Quad-SPI interface protocols.
• Compatible with WSON-8 package W25Q256
• It is compatible with most common SOIC-8_208mil packaged similar Flash chips (GD25XX, MX25XX) on the market, making it easy to switch between different Flash chips for verification.
