A power consumption testing project has its own convenience requirements. It is necessary to find a stable, high-precision, easy to carry and use, and a relatively modern one that can transmit data remotely, measure and save data for a long time, and can visualize data. consumption measurement products.

However, because this project started late, it was just started in the past week or two, and my personal hardware foundation is weak. The cost of this v1. , I will study, research and reconstruct this project in the future.

This project is currently only used to learn how to use Lichuang EDA and PCB pattern making.

The data is averaged about 100 times per second. The timer refreshes the data once a second, which is used on the OLED. Display and serial port transmission data.

* 2. Describing the challenges faced by the project and the problems it solves can basically satisfy simple measurements. The current accuracy is relatively close to that of a multimeter. The only advantage of this project is that the data is stored on the host computer, which can measure the cumulative power consumption for a long time. Due to the tight schedule, I was unable to implement functions such as data visualization.

* 3. Describe the key points involved in the hardware and software parts of the project. The hardware uses INA226, a mature chip that has been used in the world for a long time, which slightly reduces the size of the entire hardware. Most packages use 0402 packages, but there is still room for further improvement. , should be able to be reduced to less than 1.5 inches in size, about the size of an oled, which makes it easy to carry.
